What is the cancellation policy?

At this time, we are only set up for monthly transactions, but are pursuing the option for a one-time annual charge. If you need to make changes to your membership status, email leadertraining@safeconversations.com, and we will be happy to help you out.

If you signed the new agreement and provided your credit card information during the month of September, you will not be charged the monthly membership fee until January 1, 2021.
