How Do I Get My Leadership Certificate?

Now that you’ve completed your classroom training to become a Safe Conversations Workshop Leader, follow these steps to get your SC Leader Certificate.

1. Practice Coach for 2 workshops within 3 months of SC Leader Training 
Practice Coaches attend and support trained SC Leaders as dialogue coaches. You’ll have a chance to see a workshop being done, be mentored by trained leaders, and have a chance to coach pairs as they practice the Safe Conversations process.

Once we receive your Practice Coach request, you will be contacted by the Workshop Leader and/or Safe Conversations for prep and logistics.
 
2. Lead a workshop within 6 months of SC Leader Training
After supporting at least 2 workshops as Practice Coach, schedule your own workshop either online or in person

Once we receive your workshop registration form, you will be contacted by Safe Conversations to plan for support and marketing. 
 
3. Submit your Workshop Evaluations
Evaluations will be completed by your workshop participants and submitted manually or electronically. Once you evaluations are received and approved, your Certificate will be sent to you electronically, for download. At this time you will be approved to use the Safe Conversations Leader badge and title, and your profile will be automatically notated in the SC Leader Directory.
 
Note: You must maintain an updated leader agreement to use Safe Conversations Leader IP and title. If you have questions about your leadership standing, contact training@safeconversations.com.
 
4. Attend Safe Conversations Events and Supplemental Trainings
Your participation in Global Groups, Q&A’s and other Safe Conversations training events is essential to stay up to date on content and materials. Check the Leader Events page and remain active in the Leader Community for announcements on dates and launches.
